Iowa Census 2020 Non-Hispanic Population By County

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 2,974,383 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) in Iowa, which was 93.23% of the total population of Iowa.

Polk County had the highest number of of people who identified as non-hispanic (444.35K), followed by Linn County (221.39K), and Scott County (162.58K). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as non-hispanic were: Adams County (3.66K), Ringgold County (4.59K), and Taylor County (5.50K).
