According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 3,648,499 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) in Oregon, which was 86.11% of the total population of Oregon.

Multnomah County had the highest number of of people who identified as non-hispanic (711.68K), followed by Washington County (492.73K), and Clackamas County (381.06K). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as non-hispanic were: Wheeler County (1.37K), Sherman County (1.75K), and Gilliam County (1.89K).
