According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 1,106,711 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) in New Mexico, which was 52.26% of the total population of New Mexico.

Bernalillo County had the highest number of of people who identified as non-hispanic (346.96K), followed by San Juan County (98.03K), and Sandoval County (91.22K). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as non-hispanic were: Harding County (375), Mora County (888), and Guadalupe County (1.02K).
