According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 4,297,982 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) in Kentucky, which was 95.39% of the total population of Kentucky.

Jefferson County had the highest number of of people who identified as non-hispanic (723.95K), followed by Fayette County (292.82K), and Kenton County (161.32K). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as non-hispanic were: Robertson County (2.17K), Owsley County (4.01K), and Hickman County (4.42K).
