According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 885,658 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) in Delaware, which was 89.47% of the total population of Delaware.

New Castle County had the highest number of of people who identified as non-hispanic (507.20K), followed by Sussex County (210.59K), and Kent County (167.87K). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as non-hispanic were: Kent County (167.87K), Sussex County (210.59K), and New Castle County (507.20K).
