According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 17,703,788 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) in Texas, which was 60.74% of the total population of Texas.

Harris County had the highest number of of people who identified as non-hispanic (2.70M), followed by Dallas County (1.56M), and Tarrant County (1.49M). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as non-hispanic were: Loving County (63), Kenedy County (89), and King County (240).
