According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 1,318,075 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) in New Hampshire, which was 95.68% of the total population of New Hampshire.

Hillsborough County had the highest number of of people who identified as non-hispanic (389.44K), followed by Rockingham County (303.92K), and Merrimack County (149.93K). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as non-hispanic were: Coos County (30.60K), Sullivan County (42.24K), and Carroll County (49.34K).
