According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 11.95M of Pennsylvania's Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) population, 79.92% (9.55M people) identified their race as White Alone, 11.45% (1.37M people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 4.24% (506.67K people) identified their race as Asian Alone.
