According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people (of all racial backgrounds) in Arkansas who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) was 2,150,271; and represented 92.99% of the total Arkansas voting-age population.

Pulaski County had the highest non-hispanic voting-age population (287.95K), followed by Benton County (176.57K), and Washington County (159.00K). On the other hand, the three counties with low non-hispanic voting-age popoulation were: Calhoun County (3.71K), Woodruff County (4.89K), and Lafayette County (4.97K).
