According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people (of all racial backgrounds) in Delaware who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) was 715,637; and represented 91.33% of the total Delaware voting-age population.

New Castle County had the highest non-hispanic voting-age population (407.52K), followed by Sussex County (177.27K), and Kent County (130.84K). On the other hand, the three counties with low non-hispanic voting-age popoulation were: Kent County (130.84K), Sussex County (177.27K), and New Castle County (407.52K).
