According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people (of all racial backgrounds) in Kentucky who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) was 3,350,825; and represented 96.18% of the total Kentucky voting-age population.

Jefferson County had the highest non-hispanic voting-age population (573.28K), followed by Fayette County (235.36K), and Kenton County (124.27K). On the other hand, the three counties with low non-hispanic voting-age popoulation were: Robertson County (1.72K), Owsley County (3.16K), and Hickman County (3.48K).
