According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people (of all racial backgrounds) in Massachusetts who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) was 5,042,215; and represented 89.03% of the total Massachusetts voting-age population.

Middlesex County had the highest non-hispanic voting-age population (1.21M), followed by Worcester County (607.24K), and Norfolk County (550.72K). On the other hand, the three counties with low non-hispanic voting-age popoulation were: Nantucket County (9.88K), Dukes County (16.90K), and Franklin County (56.47K).
