According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people (of all racial backgrounds) in Rhode Island who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) was 761,606; and represented 85.81% of the total Rhode Island voting-age population.

Providence County had the highest non-hispanic voting-age population (415.81K), followed by Kent County (132.82K), and Washington County (105.54K). On the other hand, the three counties with low non-hispanic voting-age popoulation were: Bristol County (40.21K), Newport County (67.22K), and Washington County (105.54K).
