According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people (of all racial backgrounds) in South Carolina who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) was 3,783,336; and represented 94.24% of the total South Carolina voting-age population.

Greenville County had the highest non-hispanic voting-age population (367.87K), followed by Richland County (309.25K), and Charleston County (307.92K). On the other hand, the three counties with low non-hispanic voting-age popoulation were: Allendale County (6.53K), McCormick County (8.34K), and Bamberg County (10.59K).
