According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Montana population of 1,084,225 people, 84.53% (916,524) identified their race as White Alone, 6.57% (71,275) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 6.24% (67,612) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone.
