Fremont County had the highest number of people who identify as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (8,190), followed by Laramie County (1,123), and Natrona County (1,053). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone were: Niobrara County (30), Sublette County (50), and Hot Springs County (51).
