According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 899,870 people in Arizona who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 12.58% of the total population of Arizona. Maricopa County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (598,605), followed by Pima County (127,663), and Yuma County (51,244). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Greenlee County (893), Apache County (1,225), and La Paz County (1,613).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Santa Cruz County had the highest percentage, with 28.87% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Yuma County (25.13%), and Maricopa County (13.54%).
