According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 464,046 people in Colorado who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 8.04% of the total population of Colorado. Adams County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (87,386), followed by Denver County (80,773), and Arapahoe County (54,355). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Mineral County (0), Hinsdale County (6), and San Juan County (11).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Crowley County had the highest percentage, with 17.26% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Adams County (16.82%), and Prowers County (15.97%).
