According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 496,731 people in Massachusetts who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 7.07% of the total population of Massachusetts. Essex County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (108,568), followed by Suffolk County (102,522), and Middlesex County (85,566). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Dukes County (830), Nantucket County (1,326), and Franklin County (1,350).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Essex County had the highest percentage, with 13.41% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Suffolk County (12.85%), and Hampden County (12.67%).
