According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 11,382 people in North Dakota who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 1.46% of the total population of North Dakota. Cass County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (1,994), followed by Williams County (1,527), and Ward County (1,380). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Slope County (0), Billings County (0), and Grant County (2).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, McKenzie County had the highest percentage, with 4.82% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Walsh County (3.94%), and Williams County (3.73%).
