According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 182,054 people in Wisconsin who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone, which is 3.09% of the total population of Wisconsin. Milwaukee County had the highest number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone (63,932), followed by Dane County (18,203), and Brown County (11,793). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as Some Other Race Alone were: Menominee County (4), Florence County (15), and Forest County (20).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Trempealeau County had the highest percentage, with 7.89% of its population identifying their race as Some Other Race Alone, followed by Milwaukee County (6.81%), and Racine County (5.41%).
