According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 4,322,337 people in Arizona who identified their race as White Alone, which is 60.44% of the total population of Arizona. Maricopa County had the highest number of people who identify as White Alone (2,645,512), followed by Pima County (633,382), and Pinal County (269,258). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as White Alone were: Greenlee County (6,584), La Paz County (9,772), and Apache County (14,873).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Yavapai County had the highest percentage, with 81.50% of its population identifying their race as White Alone, followed by Mohave County (79.59%), and Greenlee County (68.85%).
