According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, there were 4,737,545 people in Wisconsin who identified their race as White Alone, which is 80.38% of the total population of Wisconsin. Milwaukee County had the highest number of people who identify as White Alone (488,198), followed by Dane County (435,458), and Waukesha County (353,946). On the other hand, the three counties with the least number of people who identify as White Alone were: Menominee County (500), Florence County (4,312), and Iron County (5,831).

In terms of the percentage of each county's total population, Vernon County had the highest percentage, with 95.45% of its population identifying their race as White Alone, followed by Iron County (95.01%), and Buffalo County (95.00%).
