According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all of New Hampshire's cities and places (towns and villages), Manchester city had the highest number of people who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (403), followed by Nashua city (269), and Concord city (141).
