According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all the cities and places in the United States, New York city, NY had the highest number of people who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (86.22K), followed by Los Angeles city, CA (66.49K), and Phoenix city, AZ (41.05K).
