According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all of Tennessee's cities and places (towns and villages), Nashville-Davidson metropolitan government (balance) had the highest number of people who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (3.84K), followed by Memphis city (2.50K), and Chattanooga city (1.28K).
