According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all of Kentucky's cities and places (towns and villages), Louisville/Jefferson County metro government (balance) had the highest number of people who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (1.22K), followed by Lexington-Fayette urban county (1.11K), and Louisville city (882).
