According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all of Iowa's cities and places (towns and villages), Sioux City city had the highest number of people who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (2.38K), followed by Des Moines city (1.47K), and Council Bluffs city (541).
