According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for North Carolina counties, in April 2020, among all of North Carolina's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, Morrisville town had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Asian Alone (46.29%), followed by Cary town (22.37%), and Chapel Hill town (15.02%).
