According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Pennsylvania counties, in April 2020, among all of Pennsylvania's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, Hazleton city had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (38.07%), followed by Reading city (37.58%), and Allentown city (30.13%).
