According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for West Virginia counties, in April 2020, among all of West Virginia's cities and places (towns and villages) with a population of at least 10K, Vienna city had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as White Alone (91.32%), followed by Parkersburg city (91.01%), and Teays Valley CDP (90.24%).
