According to the data from the US 2020 Census, as at April 2020, among all Delaware cities and places, Bellefonte town had the highest population density per square mile (6.91K people per sqr mile), followed by Wilmington city (6.51K people per sqr mile), and Elsmere town (6.31K people per sqr mile).
On the other hand, Slaughter Beach town had the lowest population density per square mile (153.60 people per sqr mile), followed by Lincoln CDP (317.12 people per sqr mile), and Port Penn CDP (400.50 people per sqr mile).
