According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all of Kansas's cities and places, Wichita city had the highest number of voting-age population who identified their race as Some Other Race Alone (19.73K), followed by Kansas City city (16.45K), and Topeka city (5.34K).
