According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Louisiana counties, in April 2020, among all of Louisiana's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Harvey CDP had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Asian Alone (6.91%), followed by Estelle CDP (5.75%), and Marrero CDP (5.75%).
