Louisiana Asian Alone Voting-age Population By County in Census 2020

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all the Louisiana voting-age population (18 years and over), there were 68,753 people who identified their race as Asian Alone, which is 1.93% of the total voting-age population of Louisiana.

Jefferson Parish had the highest number of Asian Alone voting-age population (15,731), followed by East Baton Rouge Parish (11,457), and Orleans Parish (9,106).

On the other hand, the three counties with low number of Asian Alone voting-age population were: Red River Parish (0), Madison Parish (4), and Tensas Parish (6).

In terms of the percentage of each county's voting-age population, Jefferson Parish had the highest percentage, with 4.56% of its voting-age population identifying their race as Asian Alone, followed by Plaquemines Parish (4.51%), and East Baton Rouge Parish (3.22%).
