According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for North Carolina counties, in April 2020, among all of North Carolina's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Morrisville town had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Asian Alone (44.15%), followed by Cary town (20.79%), and Chapel Hill town (14.70%).
