Ranking of Virginia Cities and Places By Percentage of Voting-age Population that were Black or African American Alone from Census 2020

According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Virginia counties, in April 2020, among all of Virginia's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, East Highland Park CDP had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as Black or African American Alone (83.45%), followed by Petersburg city (73.27%), and Highland Springs CDP (67.22%).
