According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Washington counties, in April 2020, among all of Washington's cities and places with a voting-age population of at least 10K, Aberdeen city had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (3.75%), followed by Sunnyside city (3.26%), and Port Angeles city (2.81%).
