According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all California counties, Santa Clara County had the highest percentage of its population that identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone (38.91%), followed by San Francisco County (33.67%), and Alameda County (32.13%).
