According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all Alaska counties, Aleutians East Borough had the highest percentage of its population that identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (8.68%), followed by Aleutians West Census Area (4.91%), and Anchorage Municipality (4.73%).
