According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among all Louisiana counties, East Carroll Parish had the highest percentage of its population that identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (69.23%), followed by Madison Parish (61.63%), and St. John the Baptist Parish (56.68%).
