According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for California counties, in April 2020, among all California counties, Alpine County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (19.60%), followed by Inyo County (13.01%), and Del Norte County (8.77%).
