According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Illinois counties, in April 2020, among all Illinois counties, Kane County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (1.36%), followed by Cook County (1.08%), and Lake County (1.00%).
