According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Iowa counties, in April 2020, among all Iowa counties, Tama County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (8.33%), followed by Woodbury County (2.37%), and Monona County (1.67%).
