According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census for Washington counties, in April 2020, among all Washington counties, Ferry County had the highest percentage of its population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (18.24%), followed by Okanogan County (11.59%), and Stevens County (5.77%).
