According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Michigan counties, Wayne County had the highest voting-age population who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (5.61K), followed by Chippewa County (3.92K), and Kent County (2.91K).
