According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Iowa counties, Tama County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (6.96%), followed by Woodbury County (2.09%), and Monona County (1.29%).
