According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Maine counties, Washington County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (3.86%), followed by Aroostook County (1.47%), and Penobscot County (0.92%).
