According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all North Dakota counties, Sioux County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (82.63%), followed by Rolette County (70.98%), and Benson County (44.63%).
