According to the data from the United States 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, among all Ohio counties, Tuscarawas County had the highest percentage of its voting-age population that identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (0.81%), followed by Pike County (0.49%), and Athens County (0.44%).
